From our original phone call through each follow-up meeting, they were not only professional but personable. Each time we talked with them, we felt they were in our corner, advocating for us as a partner - which was comforting. They answered all of our questions each and every time - even the ones late at night or on weekends. They even answered questions we hadn't even thought of! From the onset of meeting them, we felt we were in good hands, and they cared about us, as their clients. They came to us with a comprehensive end-to-end selling strategy. Angela and Jeff showed their experience in understanding the marketplace and suggested things we could do to improve our home's market presence. For example, they helped us identify home inspector resources to provide pre-inspection for or buyers which proved valuable in our selling effort. They did their research, too, analyzing the market. In the end, their skill helped us arrive at a reasonable price for our home, which we thought was fair. Then, they went to work selling it for us, with staging, highly professional marketing materials and collateral all the while providing insight, encouragement and always being there to allay any concerns we may have had. When our home sold, which seemed like no-time, they remained trusted advisors through the closing process with us.
